A few days ago from Court of Appeal of Donetsk region has been released known in Mariupol drug dealer- Irina Kravchenko (nicknamed “Abramiha”). In closing remarks, the judge announced that the case sent back for revision. Employees of Charity Fund “Pilgrim” did not agree with the court order and are ready to express their protest in a public protest action.

This summer in the “Republic Pilgrim “, as always, was full of adventures, interesting developments and many guests . Pilgrims had an honor to host friends from different corners of the world: the United States, Germany, and Czech Republic. Many young people came and devoted their time and finances to minister to orphans and children of the most complex social category in Ukraine. All guests of course, became honor citizens of the “Republic Pilgrim” and took an active part in kids’ lives.

The partakers of the bike trip “Ukraine without orphans” is gradually approach its final destination – Kiev. They reached today the city of Pereyaslav – Khmelnitskiy. At the entrance to the city the pilgrims were met by people with Ukrainian tradition – Bread and salt.

On 11th of June unprecedented bike trip around Ukraine started in Mariupol, it will bring in each city the main call – “Ukraine must be without orphans”. Adopted kids and their adoptive parents started a trip of a few thousand miles to tell people: let us open our homes and hearts to orphans who need parents.

The action of public sponsorship “Crumbs” and Charity Fund “Pilgrim” initiated an action under such a title. 1st-2nd of June in the center of total sale “Metro” the youth team of the Church of Good Changes wearing T-shirts with logo of the republic Pilgrim invited the mariupolites to take part in the life of orphans and former homeless kids. This action was dedicated to the Day of Children’s defense.

The short movie”Makarenko from Mariupol”made by the accosiation “Emmanuel” has got the first prize at one of the most prestigious All Ukrainian contests of movie makers “Reveal Ukraine”. The main character of th emovie, pastor, president of the charity fund ” Pilgrim”, a founder of the center of children’s rehabilitation “Republic Pilgrim” Gennadiy Mokhnenko was given by the executive committee of the festival with the certificate of gratitude for the active life position.

Kolya Rykov is one of the boys from “Pilgrim” whose rehabilitation doesn’t go that easy. Constant life stresses led him out of his house before and out of the orphanage afterwards. These days there was one more hit from life – he lost his mother.

The dance band from France has come to visit Republic Pilgrim recently. The youth from France has been doing fundraising concerts to be able to come to Ukraine and to see “Republic Pilgrim”.

The children of the center of children’s rehabilitation “Republic Pilgrim” take sports quite seriously, organize their own sports competitions and show much interest in world sports field, follow the news about preparation for the European Cup.

In memorial days in Postsoviet area there’s a tradition to come to the tombs of relates that is why I decided to describe in details my own funeral liturgy. In my message about death that lacks its power after the Resurrection of Christ I was speaking about overcoming by christians the fear of crossing the last line. As an illustration I asked my stuff to do all necessary preparations fro the funeral.
