12 hours in train, 32 hours in air… 7 airports – 5 states and hundreds of miles on Highways – it was my way from Ukraine to Kenya. Having spent 9 days in the USA, having taken part in the services of 10 Slavic churches of California and being a speaker on the conference of the church “House of bread” in Sacrament, I started to my old dream – missionary trip to Africa.

GOOD MANNERS OF THE FORMER STREET KIDS

“Good Manners” were in the epicenter of attention of the children of the center of children’s rehabilitation “Republic “Pilgrim”. Having mastered the rules of etiquette the kids rushed to practice them. Full of confidence that the good manners decorate any person, they are ready now to teach others.

GOOD NEWS IN PRISON

One of these days pastor Gennadiy had visited women’s prison and overwhelmed the imprisoned ladies with his declaration: “No matter what you crime was, we all have sinned against God and we all are in the same position before Him”. The women were crying, repenting and getting so much precious hope.

A RIGHT TO LIVE AT THE AGE OF 10.

A 6-year-old Sasha was staying at tubercular sanatorium for 48 months while other kids were spending there only one month. Her mother was a prostitute, she died and left her daughter with a horrible diagnosis – HIV of the 4th level and tuberculosis of bones. The doctors said directly that the girl has 2-3 years. Nevertheless the girl got a family for her 10th birthday. Now the parents have the task to make her life happy even if it is short…

One of these days the warding ceremony of the participants of the international exhibition of children’s painting “make the world better” took place in Mariupol in the exhibit center of Kuindji. Several winners are the children from “Republic “Pilgrim”.
