Preelection campaign has started in “Pilgrim”
In the nearest future in “Republic Pilgrim” the parliamentary elections – the preparations for this event have started. It’s gonna take place straight after jubelation of 10th anniversary of the children’s rehab center.
Forth foster family in the Charity fund “Pilgrim”
One more foster family was started at the Charity Fund “Pilgrim”. Anatoliy and Elizabeth Voloshin raised 4 their own kids. Three of them are adults and one of them is married, however the parents decided not to stop at this point but to foster 3 children from the orphanage.
Pastor – pilgrim have got adopted son in Africa
In the middle of January the missionary team of 4 people ahead with pastor Gennadiy Mokhnenko visited Kenya with the purpose to serve kids who live in total poverty. The trip was full of experiences and the missionaries got back home with tons of impressions.
Young mother and her child
At the end of 2010 at the Charity Fund “Pilgrim” the new project was started under the title “Young mother”. It is called to help young mothers with their kids who found themselves in a tough situation – as a rule they don’t have a place to stay and need help.
The vocations are over but the Christmas mood is still in Pilgrim
There no more such holidays as Christmas and New Year, the most expected ones when folks wait for something new to start happening. The unforgettable impressions waited for pilgrim not only during the actual holidays they go on even after them.
Pilgrim is going to Equator
Today the Mariupol team of 4 persons is packing their suitcases to go Kenya to visit some poor orphanages where Africans try to survive. The President of the Charity fund “Pilgrim”, Pastor of the Church of Good Changes Gennadiy Mokhnenko is ahead of the missionaries. A year ago pastor Gennadiy had visited Africa. The present project “Pilgrim is going to Equator” is the continuation of regular missionary trip to the African continent.
Pilgrims do the fundraising for street kids in Kenya
In the mid of January the team of the charity fund “Pilgrim” will head for Kenya. Just like a year ago the Ukrainian missionaries ahead with Pastor Gennadiy Mokhnenko and American partners from the saddleback church ahead with pastor of missions Steve Rutenbar will visit orphanages Gilgal and Oasis of Hope in Kenya that had become partners.

In the late december in the Christmas marathon on TBN Russia the first president of the state of former street kids “Republic Pilgrim” Andrii Dudin participated.
Pilgrims performed before blind people
At the world wide day of disabled people the former street kids came to give a concert to Ukrainian volunteering organization of people with sight disabilities. They were singing, recited poems and played musical instruments.
Adult rehabilitation in «Pilgrim» – «till the edge of the world!»
Charitable fund «Pilgrim» is already 12 years actively works with addict people and alcoholics. Pilgrim started in a small house from the seaside of Mariupol. Nowadays the web of a rehabilitation centers have extended across all the Ukraine moves ahead the Russia and goes to the Western Europe. Alexander Matyushin – itself having the addicted past, is a head of congregation of the rehabilitation centers.
Refugees in “Pilgrim” ask God for peace
Today in the adaptation center at the Charity Fund “Pilgrim” over 50 migrants from hotspots of the East of Ukraine. The fund actively takes part in the help to the refugees since hundreds of people come to Mariupol from Lugansk and Donetsk area. Because of the war actions in the east of Ukraine many people get killed from bombing and shootings of living quarters, many of them lose their relatives, children become orphans, more and more people are left without roof under their head, they have no possibility to provide their needs and even simply to defend themselves. Those who managed to leave their place where there is the war zone now have almost nothing along.
The partakers of the action “Russia without orphans” paid a visit to Ussuriisk city.
“Russia without orphans” is a bike project of a great scale and it has occupied practically the whole country. The former street kids alongside with their new parents ride bikes along the route throughout the world. And the day before in July 28th the participants of the action paid a visit to Ussuriisk
The bike action “Russia and the world without orphans” has reached the finish line.
In July 21st the team of the bike action solemnly entered the city of Khabarovsk. For our heroes it was already a symbol of the start of the finish line. The last 500 miles are perceived as a done deal. However it is still a huge athletic feat and there were 30 public events to do with the action in cities and towns of the Primorsky Krai, Ussuriisk and Vladivostok.
«World without orphans» – from the Baikal to the Pacific.
The former street kids from Mariupol are ready to conquer the next 3000 miles to convey their dream – “world without orphans”. This stage will be from the Baikal Lake up to the furthest point of Eurasian continent – in the city of Vladivostok.
The rivers of water in the“Pilgrim village”
All the villagers are in great need of water since there is no water supply there. Normally to solve the problem each separate owner of the house needs to dif their own well to be able to have drinking water. But to have one’s own well is too expensive this is why such a thing is considered a luxury here.
“Republic Pilgrim” is expanding its territories
The children from Republic Pilgrim are finally having their own economy – wonderful project for work and leisure. It is based on the house for older pilgrims since there is not enough space for all of them in the basic building for children. The guys gained experience in how to deal with a village house like that – how to heat up the house with the help of the stove and how to cook on domestic stove, how to maintain the order in the house and sure enough how to work in the field. The settings of the government of the Republic took place there several times and also they just gather there for tea parties.
